My visit again was excellent!!! Dr. Acosta has an awesome staff....I love that I can watch TV while having my teeth worked on...not many dentist office has that option! I am referring friends && family to Dr. Acosta :)

Dental cost estimate always wrong

Cost estimate of work is always wrong. This is the first dental office that I have encountered where this happens otherwise the dental work is great. However, being given the wrong cost estimate several times leaves you with a bitter taste in your mouth. I really hope this changes in the future. The dentist is very professional and does real good quality work. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the wrong cost estimate that has occurred not once but several times

Hi Anonymous. I'm sorry about the insurance confusion that lead to your estimate difficulty. We provide our patients with the benefit of managing their insurance claims but insurance companies constantly change. We make every effort to be as accurate as we can but we are also at their mercy. Got cavities filled. Only the first shot hurt, he waited to give the second shot which was fantastic, then didn't feel any of the drilling. So that's about as well as I think it could have possibly went.

I like having the massage chair. It helps me relax while getting a filling. Doctor Acosta administers shots well. The numbing procedure works and I felt no pain from the shots! That's a plus. :)

Dr. Acosta knows what he is doing, and you know he will do it right the first time, because he operates on every patient as if you were his own close family member. Your not just another patient.

It was a very comfortable visit. Everyone was very nice to me and to each other! The office is gorgeous and they have big flat screen TVs to watch movies on while in a massaging dental chair! Made the time fly by :) I would recommend this office to my friends!
I thought my cleanning went well. I dread having it done but this experience was good. I hope to have the same dental assistant next time. This dental office has the best relaxing feature in the dental chair. I'd come back for just that! : )
The service at Dr. Acosta's office is always excellent. A modern office with many items to keep you comfortable during procedures (TV/music with headphones, massage chairs, etc..) and friendly and competent staff. Good choice for your dental needs.
Excellent Dentist and wonderful staff. By far one of the best I have ever been to. I was in Turlock for a short time and needed to get some work done prior to leaving. I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in and get my work done. I will be forever grateful. Everyone was friendly from day one. His office is nice and clean. Love the option of watching tv and a sitting in a massage chair while getting my work done. Thanks again.

I have been looking for a great dentist office for a long time since I have moved from the Bay Area in 2002. I went there Tues. and Thurs. of this past week and had a fantastic job done! Doctor Acosta's office is extremely clean, updated and best of all they have great customer service!! I had no pain and extremely great knowledge about everything I asked and more! I am referring my sister and family! Doctor Acosta takes most Insurances for the right reason and it's an extremely welcoming Office!

I have always been apprehensive going to a dentist and early in life I neglected my teeth a lot but thankly not to the point of any permamnent damage. Since finding Dr. Acosta it has been a joy going to get my preventative cleanings twice a year and if he has to do any work on my teeth I am relaxed and at ease. Dr. Acosta is not judgemental, he is kind, compassionate and a lot of fun to talk to. He puts you at ease and makes you feel like your with an old friend. Thanks Dr. Acosta for making my dental experience a good experience.

First time patient of Dr. Acosta's this week and I must say, my experience was great. The office is start of the art, the hygienist was awesome and friendly, the front office staff was pleasant and the Dr was great at explaining the treatment I needed without being pushy! Definitely recommend them!
